Simple recipe, simple ingredients, simply delicious.
Yields about 20
(raw - vegan - gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cinnamon to taste
- Puree nuts in food processor
- Add in dates, cacao, salt and as much cinnamon as you like
- Blend until a doughy consistency is reached
- Form balls and refrigerate/freeze (up to you!)
